What Can Cause Moving Setbacks?
Climate
Zipping down the road in the minivan is not truly the same as lumbering along in a semi truck. During the best surroundings, trucks travel slightly slower than other traffic. Transportation authorities plan work and fixes during the warmer times, thus check your course for construction hold-ups and arrange for something to turn up which slows down the moving vans--if they're backed up and hit a substantial metropolis at rush hour, with a number of more hours to go, they may need to stop for the evening. None of us would like a tired crew maneuvering down the highway--it's not advisable for anyone.
Season
Summer is by far the most easy time for many people to move. Moving companies in Little Rock have finite resources--moving trucks along with workers. This is a perfect storm for your move to be delayed in the front end--if your team got stuck in poor traffic, weather conditions, or each on the job prior to yours, they might not arrive at your house on the appointed day.

How You Can Manage A Delay

To start with, change your views on "on time". · Allow for a couple days leeway when you're eliminating your utility service--this isn't any time to not have access to water and Wi-Fi.

· Book places to stay in your new town if you get there first or take sleeping bags and camp out.
