Alright, there are far more than two, but let's concentrate on the main tensions--physical and mental. Here are some ideas on how to handle those strains in the weeks prior to a long-distance move to Little Rock or even a local move in Little Rock--it might appear to be a horrible time to begin a new self-care program, but it's most likely to preserve your sanity ultimately.

Keep in your routines with friends--make an hour or two for coffee or lunch and keep on your children's schedules if you can. This keeps them occupied so they're not so concentrated on leaving their pals.
These are several things you can try for psychological health care prior to your move.
· Step out from the arranging and packing to do activities with close friends.
· Arrange a girls' weekend in your new town for a few weeks after you move.
· Get a baby sitter and go to dinner together with your partner. Moving conversation will not be allowed.
· Set up a pampering pedicure--the variety with the drawn out foot massage. Hold off on the manicures till the adhesive tape goo is off your fingers.
· At present is the moment to test a different hair shade or cut--when you move, no one will guess it is the "new" you. The new neighborhood friends will assume you've always had lime green hair extensions.
· At present isn't the moment to experiment with permanent body art. You could regret a hip tattoo of your old residence sooner than later.
It's alright to let yourself to be sad over a move--you've created a life and memories, and they are hard to leave. However letting the doldrums to take over and staying home continuously to pack boxes is not the solution. Step away each day and go do something only for you--sometimes even Wonder Woman could use a break.
